At Iona Rose Studio LLC we value the beauty of handcrafted quality and the unique way that these creations can build strong families and communities.
Our students work with industry standard equipment and are encouraged to enter their creation in local, state and national level competitions. Our classes are structured to create an encouraging and disciplined learning environment. Kids are always welcome to register for courses as long as their parent and guardian is also registered for the course..
We all make mistakes in our creative journeys, but at Iona Rose Studio LLC we believe that these are learning moments... a chance to learn who we are and what we can achieve if we apply ourselves to our craft.

"Spinning Yarn: Basics and Beyond"
Learn the basics of spinning during this 2 hour workshop. Andrea has a great track record for helping spinners overcome their spinning challenges and start spinning the yarn they want. You’ll start with the basics and then progress to more advanced techniques (beaded yarn, Navajo ply “N-Ply” spin from the fold, lock spin). Drop spindles will be used in class but the technique and theory are directly applicable to spinning with a wheel.
Maximum Class size: 10
Class Length: 2 hours
“Fiber arts tools that won’t break the bank”
